Our Embroidered Gabardine Travel Jacket is a structured yet gentle travel jacket. It takes its shape from the Raptus Travel Jacket: a calibrated oversized volume, a soft shoulder without padding, a slightly flared line that flatters the body, and deep pockets for everyday use. It is made from cotton gabardine, with a perfect weight for mid-seasons and as an everyday city jacket. The all-over embroidery comes from an archive motif inspired by traditional kantha, redesigned and enlarged: from a distance it almost looks like a solid color, but up close it reveals the full design. The ultra-light cotton inner lining, with a small contrasting pattern, features the same motif in a mini version. A jacket that appears simple, but hides an exercise in tailoring to be admired up close.
