PERFECTO DRESS
What size Perfecto Dress should I choose?
In the Perfecto Dress, the only measurement that really matters is the bust and chest measurement, the upper part of the body. The hips won't feel tight, because the dress fits softly and gently, whatever your body shape.
The Perfecto Dress is cut on the bias, so its length depends not only on your height, but also on your body shape. The more curves the dress follows, the shorter it will be at the bottom, but the Perfecto fits equally well at mid-calf or almost ankle-length.
In general, S/M fits from 38 to 42. M/L fits from 42 to 46. XL fits from 48 to 50.
To make sure you get the perfect size, consult our size guide.
What are the buttons under the shoulder straps of my Perfecto Dress?
They're a precious sartorial detail, straight from the 1950s, when necklines reached the shoulders. They're used to secure and hide bra straps and keep the neckline of the Perfecto Dress open.
How do I best maintain my Perfecto Dress? How do I wash it so it doesn't get ruined?
The Perfecto Dress—the ultimate travel dress for absolute comfort—is made from a next-generation polyester fabric also used for sportswear. It dries in next to no time and doesn't need ironing (in fact, over-ironing could permanently damage it).
Washing can be done in the washing machine, but the wash and detergent must be delicate.
For stubborn stains, if a gentle machine wash isn't enough, we suggest this procedure: spray the Perfecto Dress with a specific stain remover (holding it slightly away from the stain or stain) and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Dissolve a little mild detergent in hot water and fill the container with cold water. Submerge the Perfecto Dress, let it soak for an hour, and then rinse. Finally, hang it to dry (avoid direct sunlight, as a precaution).
One last tip: in any case, do not rub the fabric, because the rubbed area may lose some color.
My Perfectoful Dress has a weird line down the front, what is it?
Fabric has a width, which is the maximum width a pattern can have. When constructing the pattern, you must respect this measurement.
The length of the ideal Perfectoful Dress, which is cut on the bias, was much longer than the width of the fabric, and at this point we began to experiment. We added a sleeve cut, a raglan sleeve at the front, a cut under the bust, and even considered shortening the dress, but none of these solutions satisfied us.
We found the answer in the history of haute couture at the beginning of the twentieth century, when fabrics were often lower in weight than today's because they were worked on smaller looms.
And now the Perfectoful Dress is truly perfect and contains a triangle at the bottom which is not only a structural necessity, but becomes a detail of Beauty.
CLOTHING CARE
What type of fabrics does Raptus&Rose use?
Raptus&Rose sources its fabrics from all over the world.
The research is constant, passionate, and meticulous: for each new shape, we must find the perfect fabric, both in terms of fit and storytelling. For One-of-a-Kind Pieces, which must simultaneously narrate distant worlds and the magnificent complexity of the person who wears them, there are often multiple fabrics to seek out and choose from, precious, ancient, and remote.
How do you wash Raptus&Rose garments?
In general, Raptus&Rose garments must be washed with particular care, especially the One-of-a-Kind Pieces, which are often made with different fabrics, with different needs.
For the Georgette Essentials (Perfecto and Perfectoful Dress, Perfecto Petticoat, Perfectoful Blouse, Georgette Palace Pant and Plain Georgette Tetuan Jumpsuit), you can follow the washing instructions for the Perfecto Dress.
For all other items, carefully follow the instructions on the tag you receive with each item.

ORDERS
Can I order an item that is out of stock or doesn't exist online?
If the Raptus&Rose item you're looking for is in the Essentials category, you can definitely order it. If it's a Limited Edition or a One-of-a-Kind piece, you may not be able to order it.
Not all of our pieces are available in our online shop: we have many other unreleased Raptus&Rose pieces in our Riverside Atelier, and we also work on custom pieces to create the perfect piece for you. There might be an unexpected answer to your desire.
We therefore recommend that you contact our customer care in any case: Write to customercare@raptusandrose.com or call Silvia directly at +39 334 938 3088 .
What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering Raptus&Rose is a way to make a purchase that meets your needs and respects the environment. We don't want to overproduce; we want every Raptus&Rose piece to be loved and worn by women everywhere.
By pre-ordering, you're ordering and purchasing a Raptus&Rose item that's still being made and will be made for you in your size and the color you've chosen.
To find out if the item you are purchasing is on pre-order, check whether the size you are loading into your cart is a normal XS, S/M, M/L or XL (in which case it is not a pre-order, you are ordering an item that we already have available in the Atelier) or if it is an XS Pre-order, S/M Pre-order, M/L Pre-order or XL Pre-order.
How can I use a discount coupon?
Discount coupons are valid only for the online shop and have a variable but limited duration.
Once you've added your new Raptus&Rose items to your cart, before finalizing your purchase, click on the pink text "Do you have a Divine Code?", type in and add the discount coupon you were sent, being careful not to accidentally include spaces before or after the string of letters and/or numbers in the code.
