Under European legislation regarding the "right of withdrawal and online withdrawal," you have the right to return the item you purchased and request a refund or exchange it for another.

Raptus&Rose will accept your request provided that the item is returned intact, i.e. unworn, unused, and undamaged, and accompanied by the relevant purchase documentation (receipt), the original Raptus&Rose packaging, and the tag intact and attached to the item.

Pursuant to current legislation, the right of withdrawal may be exercised no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item. Raptus&Rose reserves the right to refuse returns of items that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.
