A featherlight coat, Raptus&Rose's most beloved oxymoron. Dreamy, crazy, flowing, and summery, it draws inspiration from 1950s couture, yet stripped of rigidity and completely deconstructed. Made from khadi, hand-spun and hand-woven Indian cotton. It's more than just a fabric: it represents a cultural heritage, a philosophy of self-sufficiency and sustainability; a profound connection to India's history. The sleeves, meanwhile, are a poetic, whimsical ensemble of different fabrics and laces: silk crêpe de chine, silk organza, joined together by hand-encrusted lace. Silk, khadi, and lace are also found along all the hemlines, in the laces, and in the tassels. We've harnessed impalpability and created an object of love, a dream to wear day and night, in the carefree and magnificent summer weather.
