After Glossy, Milano is the second Raptus & Rose frock which has no midriff band and therefore the skirt is directly attached to the bodice.

Although in this respect the Rule of 3 has been broken, it is nonetheless made up of three different fabrics: one for the bodice, another for the skirt and the third for the sleeves.

Because of the stretch jersey fabric used for this model, the frock hugs the figure of each woman who wears it, fitting it perfectly.

The Milano bodice clings perfectly to the body of the wearer, the rounded, quite plunging neckline giving more prominence to the face. The ¾-length sleeves give the bodice more movement, while creativity is unleashed to the full in the skirt. This is made of much sought-after vintage jersey, collected from many different countries and originating from past eras. Our workshop boasts a wonderful array of 1970s jersey, fabrics that make a vital contribution to making each frock truly unique, a vital factor for Raptus & Rose.
